Our team contacts you 24 hours before delivery to confirm the delivery window and access requirements. We provide a 4-hour time slot and ensure you have a responsible person available to receive and inspect the equipment upon arrival.

Professional Transport
Your equipment is transported by our trained delivery specialists using appropriate vehicles for commercial HVAC gear. We ensure safe handling and proper protection during transit to guarantee your equipment arrives in perfect condition.

On-Site Delivery
Equipment is delivered to your ground floor entrance or kerbside location. Our delivery team will assist with unloading but does not include positioning, unpacking, or installation. Immediate inspection and sign-off required before our team departs.

Inspection & Sign-Off
You must thoroughly inspect all equipment before signing the delivery documentation. Any damage must be noted immediately on delivery papers. This critical step protects both parties and ensures any transit damage is properly documented.

After delivery, our customer service team remains available for any questions or concerns. If installation is required, we can coordinate with our certified technicians to schedule your professional installation service at your convenience.
